Trump Media shifts 4,259 bitcoin to Crypto.com ahead of convertible note deadline
Onchain data from Arkham shows wallets linked to Trump Media moved about 4,259 BTC, worth roughly $342 million, to an address attributed to Crypto.com in two transfers around 02:17 UTC on Thursday. The coins came from wallets labelled as collateral for the company's 2028 convertible notes. A transfer to an exchange does not by itself confirm a sale. A 2 November filing says noteholders can demand repayment on 30 November and that bitcoin sales are possible; the company did not comment.
