XRP Ledger activates fix for flaw letting burn-only accounts mint tokens

The XRP Ledger amendment fixCleanup3_4_0 went live on 4 November at 14:52 UTC, ledger 108,112,129, after two weeks of uninterrupted validator support following an interrupted October attempt. It closes a flaw in the permission delegation system under which an account allowed only to burn an issuer's tokens could, in some conditions, create new ones. The issue affected issued assets such as stablecoins rather than XRP, and no exploitation has been publicly confirmed. The release also patches lending, vault, trading and signing logic.
