Chainalysis says October intruders took password hashes and live access tokens
Blockchain analytics firm Chainalysis has widened its disclosure of an October breach, detected on 30 October, saying the attackers obtained usernames, password hashes and active tokens on top of names, emails and role details reported earlier. Reactor, its data products and the KYT interface were taken offline, and every user must reset passwords and rotate API keys. The company says it has no evidence investigation data on Reactor was accessed and has not named the attacker.
