Bitcoin slips near $75,500 as hot US jobs data lifts Fed hike odds
US employers added 165,000 jobs in October, far above forecasts of roughly 60,000, while unemployment eased to 4.1% and September was revised up to 60,000. Bitcoin edged down to about $75,500 after the release, having touched a seven-week low near $75,100 overnight amid a tech-stock sell-off. The 10-year Treasury yield rose towards 4.9%, and economists said the data keeps a December Fed rate increase on the table.
