Binance finance chief Kaiser Ng departs a week after record hack
Binance CFO Kaiser Ng is leaving after more than five years at the exchange, with Justin Yek, formerly a finance vice-president at Airwallex, taking over the role. Co-CEO Yi He said the handover had been planned for about six months and was not a response to the October 29 theft of roughly $6.3 billion, which the FBI has linked to North Korea's TraderTraitor group. Binance did not disclose Ng's next venture or Yek's start date.
